| 摘 要： | 本阐述了宁波市高新技术企业已成为高新技术产业的主力军，企业工程技术中心已经成为高新技术企业技术创新的主体。通过对我市高新技术企业工程中心的调研和思考，认为培育高新技术企业的关键是技术创新和制度创新。

| Abstract: | This papers points out that the hi - tech enterprises in Ningbo have grown into the main force in the hi - tech industry and the engineering technological centers in enterprises have become the main body of technical innovation. Based on an investigation and study of the engineering centers in hi - tech enterprises, the author states that the development of hi -tech enterprises depends on technical and systematic innovation. |
