摘    要:探讨索道托 (压 )索轮二轮心距离、托 (压 )索轮直径、索道绳捻距系数之间的关系 ,托 (压 )索轮二轮心距等于捻距系数与绳径之积的 1.92倍 ;托 (压 )索轮直径是捻距系数与绳径之积的 0 .92~ 1.92倍 ;捻距系数k在生产中可在一定范围内随时调整 ,实践证明 ,成品绳的捻距系数通常选 6 .8~ 7.5较为合适

Abstract:To discuss the relations of the distance of two pulley cores,the diameter of riding(press) cable pulley and the coefficient of lay pitch of wire rope for cableway.The distance of two pulley cores of riding(press) cable pulley is equal to 1.92 times of the product of lay pitch coefficient and rope diameter,the diameter of riding(press) cable pulley is at a range of 0.92~1.92 times of the product of lay pitch coefficient and rope diameter,lay pitch coefficient k may be adjusted at a fixed range at any time.Practice proved that the lay pitch coefficient of finished rope is selected suitably at a range of 6.8~7.5.
