摘    要:在带式输送机运行过程中,输送带容易出现划伤、撕裂和跑偏等故障。机器视觉技术应用于矿用输送带的在线监测,可以提高故障检测效率和精度,受到了广泛关注。研究了基于机器视觉的矿用输送带监测技术的发展现状;分析了输送带视觉监测系统的构成;详细综述了基于机器视觉的输送带纵向撕裂、跑偏和表面损伤等故障检测技术的研究进展;指出了输送带机器视觉监测技术的发展方向,以供读者参考。

Abstract:Mine conveyor belts are prone to failure in operation, such as longitudinal rip, deviation and surface damage. The application of machine vision technique to on-line monitoring of mine conveyor belts has attracted much attention since it could improve the efficiency and precision of fault detection. The paper studied the development status of technique of monitoring mine conveyor belts based on machine vision, and analyzed the constitution of the vision monitoring system for conveyor belts. In addition, it summarized the development of technique of detecting fault of conveyor belts based on machine vision such as longitudinal rip, deviation and surface damage, and indicated the development direction of the monitoring technique for conveyor belts based on machine vision to refer the interested readers.
