摘    要:针对目前构架式伸展臂易缠绕断裂的特点,提出了一种新型空间构架式伸展臂的刚化方式,采用两旋转副代替传统球铰,齿轮轴实现伸展臂的刚化控制。同时,对该伸展臂的力学特性进行了详细的分析,使用ADAMS软件对该伸展臂的伸展与收缩过程进行仿真,对铰接副的动力学特征和模态进行分析。结果显示,该新型伸展臂可靠合理,具有一定推广价值。

Abstract:Against the characteristics that current rod-cable deployable mast is easy wound rupture,a rigidization principle of a new type of spatial rod-cable deployable mast is presented,and using revolution joint instead of spherical hinge,the rigidization control of deployable mast of gear shaft is realized,the mechanical property of the deployable mast is fully analyzed.The stretch and shrink of the deployable mast is simulated by ADAMS,and the dynamics characteristics and modal of hinge joint is analyzed.Results show that the new type of deployable mast is reasonable and reliable to promote.
