| Abstract: | A new case report of laparoscopic repair of a diaphragmatic hernia through the foramen of Morgagni in a 11-year-old boy with Down's syndrome is described. The review of 11 other cases in the adult literature illustrated the various aspects of this laparoscopic approach. |
