大型立式泵钟型进水流道的设计与研究

摘    要:大型立式泵的钟型进水流道在我国的研究不多,缺乏成熟的设计方法。1975年以后,我们在分析钟型流道流动状态的基础上提出了设计方法,经过模型试验和生产实践的运用,证明这种设计方法可以获得良好的流态,同时完全可能设计出与肘型进水流道宽度相等、高度更小的钟型流道,可以达到同时减少施工开挖,降低工程造价、提高装置效率,节省泵站能源的目的,具有明显的经济价值。


Research and Design for the Belllike-type Intake Passage of Large Vertical Pumps
Abstract:It has not been very long to research the belllike-type intake passage of large vertical pumps in China. And there is lack of an available method of design. In 1975 we suggested a design method which was based on analysing the phenomena of the flow in the belllike-type intake passage. Through tests and practice, it has been successfully proved that the design is feasible. By the design, a good flow pattern is "obtained. Thus, we are able to design the belllike-type intake passage with a similar width as the wrist-type one and with less height than it. It is possible to save the depth of exoavtion to reduce the cost of construction, to raise the effect of installation and to cut down the consumption of energy of pumping stations, By using such a design procedure, its economic benefits may be clearly seen,
