Abstract:The process of molecular sieve purification system of a 6000m^3/h air separation unit at Oxygen Producing Factory of Xilin Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd. is briefly introduced. One molecular sieve regeneration fault due to valve malfunction during the heating process of molecular sieve purification system is presented. Other potential factors, which may cause the fault, and the process of eliminating the fault are also analyzed.
