| Abstract: | This paper describes a high speed current leakage protection device with grounding shunt, which is suitable to the high voltage network with isolated neutral point. It has advantages of accurate selection for fault phase and circuit. The block diagram, operating principle and protective characteristics of the device are demonstrated. |
