低醉酒度白酒与健康

摘    要:通过低醉酒度白酒的研究,取得了白酒醉酒度评价技术、判定浓香型白酒醉酒度影响因子的技术体系和低醉酒度优质浓香型白酒生产技术等关键技术,同时取得了低醉酒度白酒对人体的醉酒程度减轻等科学依据。经过探索,形成了"白酒健康水桶理论"以及健康白酒研究与发展的技术路线,低醉酒度白酒的研究是健康白酒研究与发展的重要成果,是对"白酒与健康"的重要探索。
