| Abstract: | Microsegregation phenomenon is very important for alloys due to the fact that the as cast microstructure determines mechanical properties of alloys and subsequent process method. Many attentions were given to research on numerical simulation of microsegregation. The overview of this field was presented and the deficiencies of available models were pointed out. The suggestions for further research were given. |
