摘    要:为满足道路交通对沥青产品的路用指标与阻燃性能的要求,选用辽河90#沥青为原料,SBS为改性剂,研制了一种路用性与阻燃性兼备的改性阻燃沥青产品。通过考察复合阻燃剂的加入量对沥青产品极限氧指数的影响,确定了复合阻燃剂的最优加入量,并研究了调和剂剂量对沥青产品理化性质的影响,考察了生产工艺中加工温度与剪切时间对沥青的针入度与软化点的影响,确定调和剂的加入量与生产工艺参数。最终生产出了SBS改性无卤阻燃沥青。经测试,产品符合JTJ036-98(I-A)标准并且极限氧指数为32。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of road performance and flame retardation of the road asphalt, a kind of modified asphalt with well road performance and flame retardation is produced with using Liaohe 90# asphalt as the raw material and SBS as the modifier. By examining the influence of addition quantity of the composite flame retardant on the limiting oxygen index of the asphalt, the optimum quantity addition of composite flame retardant is confirmed. And the effect of quantity of the blender on the physical and chemical properties of asphalt is studied, and the effects of processing temperature and sheafing time on the needle penetration and softening point of asphalt are investigated, and the addition amount of blender and processing parameters is confirmed. At last, the SBS modified flame-retarded halogen-free asphalt is prepared. The test result shows that the product can meet the standard of JTJ036-98(I-A) and its limiting oxygen index is 32.
