水滑石类材料的合成方法及其影响因素

摘    要:水滑石类材料是层状阴离子型黏土,具有层间阴离子交换、比表面积大、"记忆功能"等特点。水滑石材料的合成方法主要有共沉淀法、水热合成法、离子交换法、煅烧复原法等。其中即时合成法是合成水滑石材料并同时实现废水处理的一种新思路。原料物质的量比、pH值、反应温度与时间等因素对水滑石类材料的纯度与结晶度具有较大影响。

Abstract:Layered double hydroxides are layered anion type, with layers of clay between anion exchange, and specific surface area,big, "memory"features. Synthetic Layered double hydroxides include total precipitation,hydrothermal synthesis, ion exchange chromatography, calcining recovery method, etc. Instant synthesis is synthetic Layered double hydroxides and deal with the waste water of a new way of thinking. The mole ratio of raw material, pH value,, reaction temperature and time of some factors such as Layered double hydroxides, the purity of crystallinity and has more influence.
