| 摘 要： | 总结了国内常见的几种既有建筑节能改造效果的确定方法,并分析了存在的不足.介绍了国外广泛采用的国际性能测试与验证协议,对其中的4种测量与验证(M&V)方法进行了详细阐述.结合M&V方法提出了一些规范我国节能改造工作的关键技术,如完善测量与检验标准,建立一套科学的工程计算方法等.
