HDPE/EVA复合薄膜共挤出成型工艺及机头结构设计

摘    要:介绍HDPE/EVA复合薄膜的特点、用途、成型加工工艺及其挤出吹塑机头的结构设计。结果表明HDPE/EVA复合薄膜作为冷冻食品包装袋其性能可靠、加工方便;采用共挤出吹塑复合薄膜的成型方法,具有生产设备简单、工艺流程短,成本低等优点;机头采用部分独立流动然后汇合的熔体流动方式,其结构紧凑、流道较短、熔体压力损失小,并有助于提高内外层膜间的粘合牢度

Abstract:The feature,application,processing technology and structural design of extrusion blowing die for HDPE/EVA composite film are described in this paper HDPE/EVA composite film is considered to be property reliable and processing easily for frozen food package The coextrusion blowing of the composite film is characterized by simple production machinery,short technology process and low cost Part of the melt in the die flows in branched tubes and then joins in the main flow of the melt in the die The die is structural compact, with a short runner and small loss of melt pressure,favourable for the increase of the adhesive strength of the inner and outer layers of the composite film
