| 摘 要： | 在美国，９０年代几个重要公共建筑物和场所的爆炸灾难引起美国政府，专门机构和建筑设计人员对建筑的安全性设计进行关注和研究。安全性设计标准要求建筑师在设计亲切宜人环境的同时，也必须考虑这种环境能最大限度地防御灾难，并将救生和安全措施与建筑的美学设计天衣无缝地结合起来。

| Abstract: | In the USA, the explosions occurring in several important public buildings and places cause the USA government, special organizations and architects pay attention to the security in architecture design. Security design standard requires that architects must consider the environment's guarding against disasters and combine the saving life and security measure with architecture design perfectly, while designing cordial pleasant environment. |
