核级气液驱动装置抗震设计与分析

摘    要:基于振动力学原理,对驱动装置进行结构优化设计,通过ANSYS Workbench对气液驱动装置模型进行了模态及静应力分析。结合等效线性化应力分析方法,根据ASME BPVC-Ⅷ的相关要求,分别对驱动装置主要部件进行了地震载荷作用下的结构完整性和可运行性评价。结果表明,驱动装置在核级使用工况下,均能保持结构的完整性,运行良好,有限元分析方法可用于复杂结构的振动特性分析,优化核级产品抗震性能。

Abstract:Based on the principle of vibration mechanics,the structural optimization design of the driving device was carried out.Through ANSYS Workbench,the modal and stress analysis of pneumatic hydraulic actuator were carried out.Combined with equivalent linearization stress analysis method and according to ASME BPVC-Ⅷ,the structural integrity and operability of the main components of the actuator were evaluated under the earthquake conditions.The results showed that the actuator could keep structure intact and operating well under all nuclear grade working conditions,the finite element analysis methods can be used to analyze the vibration characteristics of complex structures,optimizing the seismic performance of nuclear grade products.
