摘    要:为提高杨梅核的开发利用价值,利用超声辅助法提取杨梅核多酚,采用单因素和响应面方法优化提取条件,并对杨梅核多酚的抗氧化和体外降血糖活性进行研究.结果 表明:杨梅核的最佳提取工艺为:超声功率180 W、乙醇浓度57.4%、提取时间74.7 min、固液比1∶30.6,在此条件下获得的杨梅核多酚的提取量为8.50 mg/g....

Abstract:In order to improve the processing value of Myrica rubra kernel,the polyphenols were extracted from Myrica rubra kernel by ultrasonic-assisted method,the extraction parameters were optimized based on single factor and response surface experiments and then in vitro antioxidant and hypoglycemic activities of Myrica rubra kernel polyphenols were studied.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:ultrasonic power 180 W,ethanol concentration 57.4%,extraction time 74.7 min,solid-liquid ratio 1:30.6.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of polyphenols was 8.50 mg/g.The results of 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine(DPPH) radical scavenging test and hydroxyl radical scavenging test both showed that the polyphenols from Myrica rubra kernel had strong antioxidant activity in vitro.The crude extract of the polyphenol had a strong inhibitory effect on α-glucoside enzyme,and its IC50value was 78.91 mg/L,which was lower than that of acarbose(238.03 mg/L),indicating that the polyphenol had a strong hypoglycemic activity in vitro and could be developed and utilized as a hypoglycemic factor.The results indicated the potential utilization and reference for the high value utilization of Myrica rubra kernel.
