摘    要:分析了核电站高温及辐照环境使用的限位开关结构及技术要求,重点对其主要部件微动开关的自主设计进行了介绍。自主开发的微动开关,具备较好的耐辐照、耐高温、耐机械磨损和耐电弧腐蚀性能。结合自主化研发创新的关键技术,针对微动开关材质选择及触点工艺的改进进行了阐述。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the structure and technical requirements of limit switch used in high temperature and irradiation environment of nuclear power plant,and focuses on the independent design of its main component micro switch.The self-developed micro switch has good performance of radiation resistance,high temperature resistance,mechanical wear resistance and arc corrosion resistance.Combined with the key technology of independent R&D and innovation,this paper introduces the material selection of micros witch and the improvement of contact technology for reference in the industry.
