摘    要:目的:采用3种不同的方法检测辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠中的辛烯基琥珀酸基团含量,并对不同的检测方法进行比较。方法:利用3种不同的提取及洗涤方法分别对来自不同厂家不同批次的6份辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠样品进行辛烯基琥珀酸基团的含量测定。结果:方法3(盐酸-异丙醇提取+95%异丙醇洗脱)得到的结果稳定性更好,极值相对误差范围是0.25%~2.8%,相对标准偏差范围在0.15%~1.4%。结论:3种方法均可用于检测辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠中的总辛烯基琥珀酸基团的含量,且均符合国家标准中规定的精密度要求。方法3结果稳定性更好,操作方法更便捷,花费的时间更少,成本更低,更适合广泛使用。

Abstract:Purpose:To determine the content of octenyl succinic group in octenyl succinic anhydride(OSA)starch,and to compare the different determination methods.Methods:Three different extraction and washing methods were used to determine the content of octenyl succinic acid group in 6 samples of octenyl succinic anhydride(OSA)starch sodium from different manufacturers and batches.Results:The results from method 3 which used hydrochloric acid isopropanol extraction+95%isopropanol elution was more stable,the extreme relative error range was 0.25%~2.8%,and the relative standard deviation range was 0.15%~1.4%.Conclusions:Both of the three methods can be used to determine the content of total octenyl succinic acid groups in starch sodium octenylsuccinate,and all meet the precision requirements specified in the national standard.Method 3 has better stability,more convenient to operate,less time and lower cost,and is more suitable for wide use.
