摘    要:提出了一种新型航天阀门石墨填料组件,介绍了填料作动腔的结构特点以及石墨填料组件的结构原理,详细阐述了填料组件的装压流程,采用包覆法进行氦检漏试验,经验证,石墨填料组件能够在深低温和超高压环境下实现良好的轴动密封。

Abstract:A new type of graphite packing assembly for aerospace valve is proposed.The structural characteristics of packing actuating chamber and the structural principle of graphite packing assembly are introduced.The loading process of packing components is described in detail.Helium leak detection test was carried out by coating method and it proved that graphite packing assemblies can provide good shaft seals at deep temperatures and ultra-high pressures.
