烟气脱硫装置石膏制备系统设计与设备配置

摘    要:通过综合国内多项烟气脱硫装置工程设计特点,比照多种烟气脱硫装置石膏脱水系统设计方案,以2套360MW火电机组石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫装置对应1套石膏脱水系统方式为例,设计石膏脱水系统并辅以设备配置。该系统设计具有运行方式灵活、可靠性好、能保证较高的装置投运率,设备配置备用性高、厂用电少,具有适应系统、简化系统、优化系统的特点,可满足系统简化、运行灵活、可靠,投入资金较低、连续运行、废水零排放的要求。

Abstract:Combined with the engineering design features of many domestic FGD projects,based on the comparison of gypsum dehydration systems for FGD,a gypsum dehydration system and its auxiliary equipment were developed in this paper.This system takes two limeston-gypsum wet FGD devices for 360 MW power unit associated with one gypsum dehydration system for instant.This system is of the predominance such as flexible operation mode,high reliability,efficient equipment utilization,less power consumption,simple structure and optimized system configuration.Thus the system can meet all the requirements in low-cost,reliable,continuous operation and zero-emission of waste water.
