摘    要:介绍了水煤浆生产工序中选煤、破碎、磨矿、搅拌与剪切、滤浆环节的作用;详述了高浓度磨矿制浆,中浓度磨矿制浆,中、高浓度联合磨矿制浆,浮选精煤制浆和煤泥制浆等湿法制浆工艺流程及不同工艺所制水煤浆的质量指标;简述了干法制浆工艺和间歇式制浆工艺。

Abstract:1 general situation of CWM manufacture technology As a result of higher and higher international oil price and requirement of environment protection,Coal Water Mixture (CWM),a new coal-based fuel,will be used widely in China. Up to 2005,the total production capacity of CWM has reached 12 million tons/a (not include gasification CWM). More than 30 CWM plants have been put into operation that CWM production capacity above 30000 t/a. CWM manufacture process is the core of CWM technology. Ideal CWM manufacture process is very important such as improvement the CWM quality and reducing production cost.
