水性自干防腐涂料的制备

摘    要:以环氧树脂与丙烯酸单体接枝共聚得到的水性自干环氧丙烯酸树脂为防腐涂料基料、钛铁粉为防腐颜料制得水性高效防腐涂料。研究了树脂中环氧树脂的用量、涂料中防腐颜料的种类和用量对涂料防腐性能的影响。结果表明,树脂中环氧树脂E-44的用量为30%、钛铁粉的用量为5%时,防腐涂料具有优异的防腐性能和力学性能。

Abstract:The graft copolymerization of epoxy resin and the acrylic monomers gives water-borne self-drying epoxy-acrylic resin. Then the resin is used as anticorrosion binder, together with ferrotitanium powder as anticorrosion pigment to prepare water-borne high-e ciency anticorrosion coatings. This paper studies the in uence of some factors on the anticorrosion property, including epoxy resin content in the resin and the type and content of anticorrosion pigment in the coatings. Results show that the anticorrosion coatings obtained are of excellent anticorrosion and mechanical properties when E44 epoxy resin content in the resin is 30% and the ferrotitanium powder content in the coatings is 5%.
