| 摘 要： | 住宅产业化作为一种投资少、收益高的建造住宅方式,是我国住宅业发展的趋势。本文综述了住宅产业化和有关标准化的现状,标准化在住宅产业化发展中的重要作用,分析了现阶段标准化在住宅产业化应用中存在的问题,提出了加强标准化促进住宅业产业化发展的建议。

| Abstract: | The Housing Industrialization is one of construction ways which has high efficiency and low investments,so it is convinced that the Housing Industrialization is a tendency to building houses.This paper briefly reviews the Housing Industrialization and the related standardization status and draws the conclusion that the important roles the standardization plays on the Housing Industrialization,and then analyzes the problems that have been shown on the application of the standardization in the Housing Industrialization.To solve these problems,it proposes some suggestions on enhancing the standardization application in the Housing Industrialization. |
