摘 要: | 在介绍水电厂高压气系统工作原理基础上,总结了高压气机异常启、停与相应故障对应关系,提出了高压气系统远程自动分析与故障诊断策略,并利用五凌电力有限公司水电厂群远程集控系统的海量数据源,建立了高压气系统的远程分析与自动诊断系统,目前,该系统已投入工程试运行,成功诊断出高压气系统的漏气故障。

Abstract: | Based on introducing the operation principle of high-pressure air system, this paper summarizes the correspondingrelation between high-pressure compressor’s unusual start or stop and faults, puts forward remote automatic analysis and faultdiagnosis strategy for the high-pressure system. Utilized the mass data of remote centralized control system which for hydraulicpower station group in Wuling Power Corporation, we established remote analysis and automatic diagnosis system forhigh-pressure air system which was putted into trial operation and successfully diagnosed air leak in high-pressure air systemalready. |
