剑桥大学费兹威廉学院的门房和礼堂

最初的费兹威廉学院的建筑是由Denys Lasdun先生于1958年设计的。建筑饰面为深棕色砖墙，窗框为紫色美洲松木。建筑围合成一系列的院落，为学习，用餐以及礼拜等活动提供了公共空间。然而整个校园的规划没有全部得以实现，学院于1985年又新建了一个庭院，从而使主入口和门房就单独地处在学院的中央地带。

The original buildings of Fitzwilllam College were designed by Sir Denys Lasdun in 1958.The buildings,which were constructed in dark brown brick with purple columbian pine windows,enclosed a series of gardens containing the communal spaces for study,dining and worship.
