沉淀法制备纳米ZnO粉体

摘    要:以硝酸锌为原料 ,氨水、尿素为沉淀剂 ,同时加入表面活性剂 ,采用直接沉淀法和均匀沉淀法制备了纳米ZnO粉体。讨论了反应物浓度、配比、表面活性剂种类和用量对粉体粒径的影响。用TEM、XRD、DSC TG对制备的纳米粉体进行了表征。结果表明 :均匀沉淀法优于直接沉淀法 ;表面活性剂的加入有利于改善粉体团聚。

Abstract:Using zinc nitrate as the starting material and ammonia and urea as precipitating agent,we prepared nano-ZnO powder by direct precipitation method and homogeneous precipitation method. The effects of the reactants concentration and mixing ratio, the types and the concentration of surfactants on the powder diameter were discussed. The nanometer powder was characterized by TEM, XRD and DSC-TG. The results showed that homogeneous precipitation method is superior to direct precipitation method and adding surfactants is useful to improve powder reuniting.
