摘    要:为掌握液压震击器性能,提高井下作业效率,分析了试验台架上液压上击器的震击过程,建立了试验台架上液压上击器震击效果的计算模型。采用弹性波理论与动力学相结合的方法,得到台架上心轴撞击垫与缸套承击体撞击时的冲击能以及心轴对缸套产生的撞击力,为后续的现场测试提供理论依据,也为上击器的优化设计提供了依据。

Abstract:In order to master the performance of hydraulic jar and improve the operation efficiency in down-hole, jarring process of hydraulic top jar in test-bench is analyzed, and calculation model of its jarring effect is built on test-bench. By combining elastic wave theory with dynamics, the impact energy and the impact force are gained between the mandrel on bench and the cylinder liner. The result offers theory basis for the latter locating examination and optimization design of top jar.
