复合弯管燃烧合成的自动化设备设计与应用

摘    要:根据铝热-重力分离SHS法制备复合弯管的原理,设计制造了一种燃烧合成复合弯管的自动化生产设备。以89C52单片机为核心智能部件,采用光纤光电传感器进行自动检测,步进电机作为执行电机进行模糊控制,实现了陶瓷内衬复合弯管的工业自动化生产。所制备的复合弯管内衬陶瓷壁厚均匀,组织性能满足要求。

Abstract:An automation equipment for combustion synthesis curved ceramic - line composite pipes was designed and manufactured according to the principle of CS (Combustion Synthesis) thermit - gravitational separation process. Industrial automatical production for ceramic - line composite pipes was realized by using 89C52 chip processor as intelligent core, automatically detecting with optical fiber photo-electricity sensor and fuzzy controlling by step motor. Thickness of lined ceramics in pipes was even, structure and properties can meet the requirement of engineering application.
