| 摘 要： | 通过分析辊压机运行时辊子所受到的最大转矩,计算辊套装配所需要的最大过盈量。并且,考虑到辊套方便拆卸、安装和降低加工成本,选择合适的过盈量来保证辊套不会发生侧向滑移,并计算单个圆柱销的强度,选择一定数量的圆柱销来保证辊子能传递最大的扭矩。
