| 摘 要： | 介绍了企业知识管理的研究状况及其内容概念,给出了知识管理的一个模型框架.在模型中,把知识管理分为四层,即信息层、知识存储层、知识流动及转换层、应用层.分别介绍了各层的功能及其在知识管理系统中的作用,对层与层之间的关系也做了必要的分析.依据所建立的知识管理的模型,详细并有重点的分析了实施知识管理的关键技术,如知识的交流和转换的技术、知识管理的存储技术及知识的发现等技术.

In this paper, a model architecture of KM is presented, and key technologies during the process of KM for enterprises are discussed in detail. |
