摘    要:3 喷雾干燥法排烟脱硫系统的主要装置喷雾干燥法排烟脱硫系统的主要装置,有喷雾干燥器和袋滤器两种。 3.1喷雾干燥器喷雾干燥器是喷雾干燥法排烟脱硫系统的最重要的装置。排烟脱硫用的喷雾干燥器,既是净化二氧化硫的伴有化学反应的吸收装置,也即气液相反应器,又是将含有反应产物的雾滴干燥成干粉末的干燥装置。其操作包括吸收剂雾滴吸收二氧化硫并与之反应,和含有反应产物的雾滴的干燥在内的一次连续处理过程。喷雾干燥器通常是用低碳钢制造的圆锥体装置。塔顶设有增压室(Plenum),与烟

Abstract:Dry-scrubbing FGD (flue gas desulfurization), spray dry FGD or dry FGD is a new technique, which is the most promising among high-efficient and economical FGD developed recently and has commomly applied in many countries. It is predicted that this new technique will replace wet FGD soon. The information summarized in this paper is directed to mechanism of che- mical reactions, technological processes, its characteristics, primary equipments, absorbents and their selection, primary factors effected on the efficiency of FGD, and evaluation of this new technique.
