Abstract: | There has been a robust debate over the use of the nation's natural gas abundance to support liquefied natural gas (LNG) exports. As has been explained here before, and as the Department of Energy appears to recognize, the value of stable, growing demand such as LNG destined for international markets is essential to stabilizing the course of development of the major shale gas plays. |
