摘    要:由靛红出发,经由靛红3-肟和2-氨基苯甲氰合成9-氨基-1,2,3,4-四氢吖啶,产率68.1%. 靛红-3-肟的热分解催化剂为甲醇钠,环丁砜用作溶剂.目标化合物的结构表征方法包括元素分析、红外、核磁和质谱等.

Abstract:Tacrine(9-amino-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroacridine) was synthesized using isatin as the raw material through isatin 3-oxime and 2-aminobenzonitrile with a yield of 68.1%. Sodium methoxide was used as the catalyst in the thermal decomposition of isatin 3-oxime, and tetramethylene sulfone was used as the solvent. The structure of tacrine was determined by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis.
