Study on Project Risk Management Warning System of Construction Enterprises

With the mercerization development of construction enterprises, the risk management deserves more and more concern. This text sets the railway construction enterprises as example to illustrate the risk management for construction enterprises. Risk assessment matrix, controlled and memory models, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are introduced to show the risk management methods in risk distinguish, risk assessment, risk appraisal and risk control. Risks warning indicators and warning system models are designed to construction business.
