摘    要:结合工程设计经验。提出了减缓催化裂化装置提升管反应器、沉降器及其汽提段、反应油气管线、分馏塔底和油浆系统等部位结焦的措施。认为只要针对不同部位的结焦原因。采取系统设计和优化设计,使用新设备、新技术。辅以适当的操作,就能减轻结焦程度,延长装置操作周期。

Abstract:Measures to decrease coking in FCC riser, settler, stripping section, reaction oil-gas pipeline, frac-tionator bottom and the slurry system have been proposed based on the experience of engineering design. It is considered that by aiming at causes of coking at different position, adopting system design and optimization design, new equipment and technology, together with the appropriate operation, coking can be reduced and the operation cycle can be prolonged.
