电火花表面强化技术及其应用

摘    要:电火花表面强化技术是一种具有独特优势的材料表面技术,其在机械零件表面改性和表面修复等方面具有广阔的应用前景。介绍了电火花表面强化技术的基本原理和工艺特点,阐述了电火花表面强化技术的发展概况,分析了该技术在机械零部件修复、模具强化等方面的实际工程应用,指出了该技术今后的研究方向和发展趋势。

Abstract:Electro-spark deposition is a surface technology with specific technical advantages and wide applications in surface modification and surface antioxidition for mechanical parts.The basic principle and the characteristics of electro-spark surface strengthening technology are introduced,development of electro-spark surface strengthening technology is summarized in this paper.The wide use of this technology in machinery repairing and die hardening are analyzed,The development tendency and direction of its research in the future are pointed out in this paper.
