纯铝累积叠轧焊组织与性能演变规律研究

摘    要:在室温条件下对L2纯铝进行了10个道次的叠轧试验,通过室温拉伸和透射电镜实验,研究材料在叠轧过程中组织的演变和力学性能的变化,结果表明,经过数道次的实验后,材料中产生了晶粒尺寸小于1μm的超细晶粒,第10道次晶粒尺寸可达0.77μm;材料的强度显著提高,但延伸率却急剧下降,第10道次材料抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率分别为190.44MPa、152.27MPa和4.73%。

Abstract:The ARBed experiment of L2 purity aluminum was carried out up to ten cycles at ambient temperature,the microstructural evolution and changes of mechanical properties was studied by the tensile experiment at room temperature and TEM.The results show that the ultra-fine grains whose grains size is less than 1μm come into being after several cycles of ARB,the average grain size is 0.77μm after ten cycles.The strength of material is improved obviously,however,the elongation drops sharply,after ten cycles the tensile strength,yielding strength and elongation reaches 190.44MPa,152.27MPa and 4.73% respectively.
