基于CAN总线的高压开关柜智能控制器设计

摘    要:提出了一种适用于煤矿采区变电所高压隔爆型真空开关柜的智能控制器设计方案,它是基于CAN总线通信的嵌入式综合监控装置;介绍了系统的组成和通信方式、控制芯片选型与设计以及各种关键问题的解决方法。该系统具有使用芯片数量少、功能强大、可靠性高、组合灵活等特点。

Abstract:It is introduced a design plan which designed for the intelligent controller of the anti - explosive vacuum switch cabinet using in the transformer station in the mining area. The design plan is an embedded synthesize monitoring apparatus based on the CAN - BUS. In the article, it is introduced in details, the system composition, the communication mode, how to choose and design the type of the CMOS chip and solutions of all kinds of bottleneck problem. The system is using little CMOS chip, having might functions, reliable, easy assembled and so on.
