| 摘 要： | 老式测量显微镜因应用范围窄、使用不便，故用CCD摄像机、图像采集卡、计算机及图像采集处理软件对其进行了改造。可在屏幕上实时显示多种标尺，并可进行拍照和录像。在切削实验中，可对切屑厚度、刀具磨损及螺纹等的形貌进行观察并测量其尺寸。

| Abstract: | An outdated tool microscope was rebuilt by CCD vidicon,image collecting card,computer and image software,because of the narrow application range and discommodious operating.Multiform gauge can be shown real time on the screen,and a photo or kinescope can be obtained.In cutting experiments,it can be observed and measured that the chip thickness,the tool wear,the screw thread teeth,and so on. |
