有机硅防水剂对氯盐侵蚀混凝土的防护效果研究

用有机硅防水剂对混凝土进行表面处理能显著提高混凝土结构的防水性和防腐性,阻止或延缓混凝土劣化,从而提高混凝土的耐久性.不同防水剂具有不同的防水效果.采用硅烷溶液毛细吸收1 h、硅烷凝胶400 g/m2、硅烷乳液400 g/m2对氯盐侵蚀的混凝土进行防水处理,通过毛细吸水试验比较其防水效果.结果表明:在硅烷溶液毛细吸收1 h、硅烷凝胶400 g/m2、硅烷乳液400 g/m2这一给定用量的条件下,硅烷凝胶获得的防水效果优于其它两种.

Research on the efficiency of different water repellent agents

Saline superficial water repellent treatment can improve the performance of waterproof and anticorrosion of concrete structures to prevent or delay deterioration, so the durability of concrete structures will be ameliorated.Different water repellent agents have different efficiency. In this paper,the surface of the chloride contaminated concrete was put in contact with liquid silane for one hour and treated with 400 g/m^2 of silane cream and silane gel.It turned out that the efficiency of the treatment with silane gel is the best.
