摘    要:为了研究Si的添加量对Cu高温氧化行为的影响,采用电弧熔炼(CA)方法制备2种成分的Cu-Si合金(CA Cu-0.15Si、CA Cu-1.3Si),并研究它们在700℃和800℃纯O2中的高温氧化行为.结果表明:2种成分的Cu-Si合金氧化后均形成了CuO→Cu2O→Cu2O+SiO2→内氧化区结构的氧化膜,均未形成连续的SiO2保护膜.随着温度的升高,相同成分的Cu-Si合金氧化速度明显提高.相同温度下随着Si含量的增加,Cu-Si合金的氧化速度明显下降.

Abstract:The oxidation behaviour of casting Cu-Si alloys was studied at 700 ℃ and 800℃ in pure O2. Both the alloys formed complex scales similar to CuO→Cu2O→Cu2O+SiO2→ internal oxidation zone, and did not form continuous layers of SiO2. The oxidation rate of each alloy increased with increasing temperature, and the content of also increased Si in the alloys. The oxidation rates of both alloys were reduced. The reason is that there are zones rich in SiO2 ( Cu2O + SiO2 ) in all the oxide scales of both the alloys, which act as barriers for the diffusion of Cu, and as the content of Si in alloys increase, the volume fraction of SiO2 in Cu2O + SiO2 also increases, which makes this effect more evident.
