横向进给磨削表面硬化层的研究

摘    要:在平面磨床上采用横向进给磨削方式对40Cr钢进行表面硬化处理,研究了磨削表面硬化层组织与磨损性能的变化趋势.结果表明:在磨削温度场作用下,横向进给磨削表面硬化层在深度和宽度方向上具有不同的组织变化趋势和显微硬度分布特征;表面硬化层始终存在由过渡区与未淬硬区或高温回火区组成的软化带,但合理的软化带宽度有利于提高油润滑条件下表面硬化层的耐磨性.

Abstract:The surface hardening of 40Cr steel was performed on a surface grinder by transverse feed grinding;the changing trends of microstructure and wear behavior of surface hardened layer were researched.The results show that under actions of the grinding temperature field,there are different structural changing trends and distributing characteristics of microhardness in the width direction and depth direction of surface hardened layer.There is always a softened band which is made up of a transitional zone and an unhardened zone or a high tempered zone in the hardened layer.The reasonable softened band width is conducive to the improvement of wear resistance of a hardened layer under conditions of oil lubrication.
