| 摘 要： | 运用高效环境应力筛选试验(ESS)的方法进行整机设备在新产品研制不同阶段的可靠性增长试验,不但时间短,研制单位容易接收,而且能充分暴露故障,可靠性增长效果非常明显。论文论述了用ESS方法进行可靠性增长试验的试验、分析方法及其效果。
