| 摘 要： | MPI可以实现注射全过程模拟,并进行翘曲变形分析.针对复杂型腔成型的塑件翘曲变形,采用不同方案进行对比分析,最后得出其翘曲的原因主要是由收缩因素引起.

| Abstract: | Whole process of injection molding simulation was realized by MPI. and warp distortion was analyzed.according to complicated cavity plastic parts warp distortion, carried on the contrast to different project, the results showed that the example warp reason was mainly caused by shrinkage factor. |
