工程机械模糊神经网络挡位决策方法

摘    要:结合工程机械的工作特点 ,提出了一种可应用于工程机械换挡决策的模糊神经网络(FNN)方法。并且利用ZL50装载机传动系统模糊换挡控制试验的数据进行了验证性仿真试验 ,该模糊神经网络系统实际上是对模糊控制系统的一种自适应与自学习的神经网络算法改造。仿真结果表明 :该挡位决策方法可以根据操作工况环境实现正确的变速箱挡位决策 ,为FNN换挡控制器的开发做了理论准备

Abstract:A shift decision method based on the technology of Fuzzy Neural Network(FNN) has been put forward in the paper,which can be applied to determining which gear of transmission box should be performed according to the on site operation of construction vehicles.The relevant simulation study on the structure of FNN has been carried out with the help of the data acquired from the fuzzy shift decision experiment done previously on test bench equipped with the power train of ZL50 wheel loader.The result of simulation shows that FNN shift decider can realize the gear selection of transmission box correctly with the shift strategy learned from performance by itself.
