乙烯与1-丁烯共聚合的研究

摘    要:使用由烷基镁(MgRR′)制备的载体催化剂,研究了乙烯和1-丁烯共聚合的动力学行为和共聚单体组成对动力学行为的影响。结果表明,共聚活性高于均聚。在制备载体过程中加入的电子给予体对载体的活化起着重要作用。随共聚单体中1-丁烯含量的增加共聚合活性增加,共聚物中丁烯含量增加,而结晶度、密度及熔点均降低。使用本法制备的载体催化剂,可得到来度为0.8805-0.9158g/m ̄3的极低密度聚乙烯。用13C-NMR测定了乙烯/1-丁烯共聚物的组成及链段分布,结果表明,乙烯/1-丁烯共聚物是无规共聚物。

Abstract:Kinetic curves for copolymerization of ethylene and 1-butene and the effects of como-nomer coniposition on kinetic behavior were investigated with supported catalysts preparedfrom MgRR′.The copolymerization activity is higher than that of homopolymerization. Lewisbase plays an ilI1portant role in the activation of the supports in the course of its prepara-tion. The copolymerization activity increases with increasing 1-butene contents.Crystallinity,density and meIting point decrease and butene monomer content in the copolyiI1ers increaseswith increasing 1-butene content in the comonomer. UItralow-density polyethylene of 0.8805-0.9158g/cm ̄3 can be obtained using the catalysts from MgRR′.Copolymers of ethylene/1- butene with supported catalysts prepared from MgRR′are ran-dom copolymers.
