船联网工程标准体系研究

船联网标准体系建设是船联网工程建设的关键，也是解决船联网顶层设计问题的需要。本文在对国内外标准化体系建设现状进行分析及阐述标准体系构建的原则、目标的基础上，从三维空间模型及层次结构图的角度，提出了船联网标准体系建设框架，涵盖货物、船舶、航道、港口、船员、应急及其他等七大船联网业务应用场景，提供标准体系表编制内容表。研究成果能为船联网标准体系的建设提供参考及保障。

Study on Standard System of the Ships Networking

The construction of ship networking standard system is not only the key to the ship networking project, but also the solutions for the top-level design issues of the project. Based on analyzing the constrcton situation of standards system, and illustrating the principle and target of standards system constrction, this paper points out the standard system framework of ship networking, including goods, marine, waterway, ports, crew, emergency and other 7 application situations related to ships networking, as well as presents the content of standards system table from the perspective of the three-dimensional model and structure form. Hence, the result offers reference and gurantee for the construction of the ship networking standard system.
