摘    要:"敏杰"提金剂具有低毒环保、使用方法简单的优点,且在常规碱性条件下代替NaCN浸金效果好,并可大大降低环境污染的压力。对广西田林高龙黄金矿业有限责任公司鸡公山金矿石,采用"敏杰"提金剂的堆浸生产工业实践表明:在药剂消耗、成本费用及提高金浸出率等方面较采用NaCN有较大幅度改善;按其200万t/a矿石处理规模,年可增收节支561.6万元,大大降低了企业生产成本,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。这在国内黄金类似矿山有广泛的适用性,极具推广意义。

Abstract:Minjie gold extraction agent is environmentally friendly and easy to apply. The agent performs well in regular alkaline conditions when replacing NaCN and can greatly reduce concerns about bringing damage to the envi- ronment. The application of Minjie agent in Guangxi Tianlin Gaolong gold mining industry Co., Ltd. shows that the a- gent exceeds NaCN significantly in consumption, cost and leach rate. If the treatment scale is at 200 万 t/a,5. 616 mil- lion yuan could be saved, greatly reducing costs and achieving good economical and social profits. The practice is a- daptable to similar backgrounds in domestic gold mines, worth promoting.
