摘    要:塔河油田的深井、超深井数量日益增多,上部大尺寸井眼机械钻速低的问题十分突出,而且已经影响到全井的钻井周期和钻井成本,甚至影响到油田勘探开发的速度.详细分析了影响深井钻井速度的主要因素,指出大尺寸钻头型号少、机械破岩能量不足、水力能量小、井壁失稳、钻井设备能力有限、钻井液维护处理难度大等是深井钻井机械钻速低的主要原因,并从优选钻头、应用大尺寸钻具、应用井下动力钻具、优选钻井液体系等方面给出了提高机械钻速的主要技术措施.

Abstract:Deep wells and ultra deep wells are progressively drilled in the Tahe Oilfield, the issue of low ROP in upper large wellbore become much remarkable, which has affected the drilling cycle and well costs, even the overall oilfield exploitation speed. This paper articulates the main factors on the ROP of deep wells, and brings forth that major reasons for such scenario are no enough type of big bit, lack of mechanical rock crushing energy, low hydraulic power, wellbore instability, limit drilling equipment capability, difficult mud maintenance, etc. Finally, this paper presents the main technical measures for increasing the ROP by optimizing bit type, applying big drill strings, employing mud motors, optimizing drilling fluid system, etc.
